Our Red Wines

A soft, fruit-driven
dry red. Enjoy with barbequed red meats, beef stroganoff,
pasta and curry.
A complex dry red with ripe berry flavours. Goes well
with a good beef steak, Italian sausages and any smoked goods.

A fruity, 'go-anywhere' red blend with a hint of sweetness,
suited to Queensland's laid back dining style. Yummy
with an antipasto platter, Mediterranean dips, tomato-based
pastas and pizza. Chill
when the temperature soars.

A luscious, fruity-sweet red. 'Dee-lish' with blue vein
cheese, fruit pastes and crusty bread, smoked eggplant, roast lamb
or a sweet spicy beef
curry. In summer, serve chilled.

Fortified Wines
|
Aging in oak has produced a
topaz-coloured dessert wine with toffee and honey flavours.
Perfect with coffee, dark chocolate or any ginger, caramel, date or
nut-based dessert. Not bad either with vintage cheddar or
crumbly blue vein.
